    These clips can also be used as a "Duo Session" for individuals who want to come with a friend or partner.

    We'll determine your team's needs and preferences, design a programme that suits them, and schedule regular weekly classes.

    These are group classes that are open only to your employees and are closed to the public.

    Class format can include yoga postures, meditation, yoga nidra, and breath work.

    Class focus can be, for example, stress reduction, stretching and strengthening, desk posture recovery, etc.

    When you choose Bespoke Corporate Classes, we'll build a class programme based on your employees' needs.

    If your team is mostly new to yoga, we can begin with a series of Yoga Basics Workshops that will introduce your team to the fundamental postures and techniques required for a safe yoga practice.

    We can design a yoga and/or meditation programme focused on any combination of needs, including stress reduction and management, physical movement and mobility, relaxation, stretches for desk posture, strength, etc.

  • Yoga Nidra, also known as Yogic Sleep, is a form of deep relaxation that takes the practitioner into a restful state between wakefulness and sleep through guided relaxation.

    This technique slows down the brain waves, bringing the mind and body into their most regenerative state.

    In other words, yoga nidra guides the brain into delta waves, where deep healing takes place. Here, the consciousness remains aware, but the body and mind rest and heal.

    Studies have shown that 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 2-4 hours of sleep.
